Q:Can Styrofoam™ meat trays be recycled?

A: Dear Maurice,

At this time, there are no recycling options available in our area for Styrofoam™ (polystyrene) food trays. Please dispose of these in your garbage.

Compostable meat trays are available to businesses in our area. We encourage grocers to consider this option as these trays are accepted in our FoodPlus! service.
